The Picturebooks are an incredibly talented and unique duo formed in Germany in 2008 by songwriters Fynn and Phillip. Blending blues rock, old-school metal and a punk attitude, the pair are best known for their heartfelt, no-nonsense riffs and soulful lyrical content. They have released five studio albums since their formation; Imaginary Horse, The Hands of Time, Home is a Heartache, The Hurting Kind and their most recent record, The Goat Riders' Song. The Picturebooks have made sure they create an intimate environment with their audience and have extensively toured across Europe, and around the world, playing hundreds of shows in the process. They have also opened for the legendary ZZ Top, shared the stage with doom metal titans Electric Wizard, and been awarded several German music awards.
