Von Hertzen Brothers are a melodic rock band from Helsinki, Finland. The group consists of brothers Kie, Mikko and Jonne Von Hertzen. Their music weaves together progressive rock, alternative rock, and folk rock. Their debut album, "Approach", was released in 2003 and was followed up with "Love Remains The Same' in 2006. The band achieved mainstream success with their 2009 album 'New Day Rising'. The album featured the singles "Cut Out The Fake" and "Let Thy Will Be Done" and earned them a Gold Disc in Finland and nomination for Emma Awards. Their most recent release 'War Is Over' was released in 2013 followed by the acoustic tour 'Stories From The Road' in 2015. Since then the band has been working on a variety of new material and plan to release a new album in the near future.
