Winterfylleth is an English black metal band, formed in Manchester in 2007 by singers and guitarists Chris Naughton and Simon Lucas. Winterfylleth's music is focused on British pre-Christian and pagan history, as well as history depicting England as one of the birthplaces of metal. They have released six studio albums, two EPs and three splits between 2008 and 2018. Their most recent full length album was "The Hallowing of Heirdom," released in 2018. Winterfylleth has also toured in Europe, including appearances at some of the biggest metal festivals in the world. With their musical prowess and deep knowledge of British themes, Winterfylleth remains a leading force in underground metal.
