In the latest episode, Graham faced a demanding set of tasks alongside fellow contestants, including Hollyoaks actor Jamie Lomas, author Dawn O’Porter, Liberty X singer Michelle Heaton, and Love Island star Chris Hughes.
The first challenge required the celebrities to replicate a dish by Michelin-trained chef Poppy O’Toole, known as the 'potato queen.' Graham was tasked with preparing pan-roasted chicken supreme in a honey and chipotle sauce, accompanied by baby fondant potatoes. Unfortunately, her execution fell short. O’Toole commented, “It probably needed a little less cooking. It’s dried it out ever so slightly. Fondants, nice bit of caramelisation on both sides but, in the middle, it’s a touch too hard.” Judge Grace Dent concurred, noting, “The meat is a bit dry. Fondant potatoes… there’s a bit just in the middle that’s raw.”
In the subsequent dinner party challenge, Graham presented a salmon dish inspired by her husband, Tony, incorporating the fiery Scotch Bonnet chili. However, the salmon was overcooked, and the accompanying sauce was deemed excessively spicy. Dent remarked, “Your salmon is definitely over. However, what I do love is that really, really hot sauce. I can tell you have made it for your husband for years and you’ve made it with love.”
Graham's dessert course also faced criticism. Her crepe was described as “far too thick and rather chewy,” and the fruit compote lacked the desired consistency. Dent labeled the dessert a “disaster.”
Upon her elimination, Graham expressed her disappointment, stating, “I’m being honest, I’m gutted.”
