Becky Lucas began her career as a singer-songwriter in her hometown of Brisbane, Australia at the age of 19. After releasing her debut EP, 'Songs For All Occasions', she gained praise from some of Australia's biggest music publications, and began to tour with international acts. Her sound began to evolve, as she meshed soul, funk, and R&B with her brand of folk songwriting. In 2018 she released her debut album 'Slug in the Garden', and subsequently began to expand her geographic reach. She's since toured North America, Europe, and Africa - playing acclaimed venues such as The Troubadour in Los Angeles, The O2 Academy in London, and many more. Since then, she has released a string of independently produced singles, including 'Labyrintomedicine' and 'Stella'. Her star continues to rise, and her career looks to be just getting started.
