Will Downing is an award-winning American singing artist who specializes in soul, contemporary jazz and R&B. Listening to his childhood heroes, he developed an appreciation for jazz and gospel music and expanded his repertoire to include R&B. Downing has released numerous solo albums since his debut album in 1988, as well as multiple compilations and live albums. His 1997 release, "Lust, Love & Lies," continues to garner him international acclaim and his wide variety of songs ranging from slow ballads to up-tempo dance grooves have been featured in films such as Romeo Must Die and Shark Tale. Downing's career includes several Grammy nominations, numerous Soul Train and NAACP Image Award nominations, and two Soul Train Music Awards. His music has graced various television shows and motion pictures as well.
