Rick Beato is an American music producer, songwriter, educator, and multi-instrumentalist based in Atlanta, Georgia. Over the past 30 years, his work has included producing and engineering for many different artists and genres, with an emphasis on rock, metal and blues-based music. Rick is best known for his work with rock acts such as Shinedown, Fozzy, All That Remains, Godsmack and Paramore. The bulk of his music production has been done through his own studio, Beato Music Worx. Rick is also an active referee with music tech companies, where he has been an ambassador for Avid Pro Tools and Apple Logic Studio. He is a regular contributor on YouTube and SoundCloud, where he provides production tips, gear reviews and tutorials for aspiring musicians. In addition to these endeavors, Rick also teaches music production and songwriting classes in Atlanta.
