Ben Wolfe is an American jazz bassist, composer, and arranger. He has played with numerous artists and bands over the years, including Wynton Marsalis, Dianne Reeves, Roy Hargrove, and Harry Connick Jr. Wolfe is a Grammy-nominated artist, who has composed music for film, television, and stage. He has recorded several albums as a leader, as well as guest appearances on recordings by other artists. In 2012, Wolfe was chosen to be part of the presidency inaugural festivities for President Barack Obama. He has also composed music for the New York City Ballet, the New York Philharmonic, and the Philadelphia Orchestra. Over the past two decades, Wolfe has become one of the most sought-after jazz musicians in the United States.
