His music often has elements of rock, blues, funk, and soul. Castro has performed at numerous renowned international music festivals and has earned four Blues Music Awards and two B.B. King Entertainer of the Year Awards. His memorable live shows feature Castro’s signature raspy and gritty vocal and soulful style of guitar playing.
