The Feelies are an American rock band from New Jersey, formed in 1976. The band's core members have been Glenn Mercer, Bill Million and Dave Weckerman, featuring a rotating lineup over the years. They are noteworthy for their influence on the 1980s indie rock movement. The Feelies' sound combines elements of jangle pop, punk and psychedelic music, with prominent use of the jangly Rickenbacker guitar. Their debut album, Crazy Rhythms (1980), has been described as one of the most influential albums of the 1980s.
