The Kills are an Anglo-American alternative rock duo comprising of Alison Mosshart and Jamie Hince. The band was formed in London, England in 2000 and have released five studio albums to date, 'No Wow' (2005), 'Midnight Boom' (2008), 'Blood Pressures' (2011), 'Ash & Ice' (2016) and 'Little Bastards' (2020). They have developed a signature sound through their gritty, bluesy garage rock sound, often featuring a minimalistic approach to songwriting. Though the duo have consistently drawn on influences from classic rock, punk, blues and country, their sound is always ‘raw and unrefined’. The Kills have toured widely in Europe, North America, Australia and Japan and are widely acclaimed by music critics, fans and industry alike.
