Kany Garcia is a Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter from Puerto Rico. She found fame when she released her self-titled debut studio album in 2007, which won her several Latin Grammy awards and a nomination for Best New Artist. She has since released 6 more albums and has toured widely around Latin America, expanding her international appeal. Her music incorporates a range of musical styles, such as rock, Latin pop and Reggaeton, as well as more traditional sounds from her native Puerto Rico. Her most recent album, Soy Yo, was released in 2019 and even featured a collaboration with Hindi Zahra. Her success has cemented her status as one of the most important musical figures from Latin America.
