Joe Pug is an Americana singer-songwriter and musician from Maryland. After self-releasing his debut EP “Nation of Heat” in 2008, he gained nationwide acclaim with his debut album, “Messenger” (2010). His clever lyrics and raspy delivery have made him an indie folk favorite. He’s gone on to release three full-length studio albums, “The Great Despiser” (2012), “Windfall” (2015) and “Deep Dark South” (2018). Through his albums and numerous live performances, Pug has developed a devoted fan base that faithfully follow him around the country. He continues to tour and make heartfelt, yet honest music that many relate to.
