Captives is a music act made up of multi-instrumentalists Alex Clough, James Raynor, and Ollie Lockett. Hailing from Brighton, England, the act's sound combines elements of folk, Americana rock, and ambient trip-hop. Since forming in 2010, Captives have released two albums "The Joy In Knowing Here We All Belong" and "Shapes and Outlines". They've toured the United Kingdom and have even performed alongside acts like Joey Bada$$ and Kaleo on a 2016 European tour. Collaborators on the albums include guest vocalists Holly Partridge and Lay Low, as well as producer Mike Crossey (The 1975, Foals). The band is currently recording a follow up album and touring the United Kingdom.
