Dappy is a British rapper, singer, and songwriter of Ghanaian ancestry. He is most noted for being a member of the hip-hop trio N-Dubz. He made a name for himself as one of the most exciting emerging artists in the UK urban music scene since 2006. In 2011, he released his debut solo album, Bad Intentions, which spawned successful singles such as "No Regrets" and "Rockstar". The success continued with his 2013 collaboration album with fellow rapper Lukas, Underdog Psycho. In 2019, he released his second solo album, Eros Apollo, which featured collaborations with other artists. He also won his first major award for Best British Single at the 2016 Urban Music Awards for his song “Oh My”. Dappy continues to reach new heights as an artist and has released several other successful singles such as “Beautiful Me” and “Change My Life”.
