Duane Betts is an accomplished American guitarist and singer-songwriter, renowned for his contributions to the Southern rock and jam band genres. Born in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1977, he is the son of Dickey Betts, the legendary guitarist and founding member of The Allman Brothers Band. Duane began his musical career with the band Backbone69 and later played with the group Dawes, The Allman Betts Band, and his own band, Duane Betts & Palmetto Motel. Known for his soulful guitar playing and evocative songwriting, he continues to carry on the musical legacy of the Allman Brothers, blending classic rock influences with contemporary sounds.
