Polyphia is an instrumental progressive metal band from Dallas, Texas. Founded in 2012 by guitarists Tim Henson and Scott LePage, the band also includes bassist Clay Gober and drummer Clay Aeschliman. Polyphia has released 4 full-length albums, as well as several EPs and singles. All of the band's albums explore a dizzying blend of instrumental progressive metal, jazz fusion, R&B, and hip-hop. Their impressive musicianship has earned them critical acclaim as well as international tours with fellow progressive metal groups such as Into Eternity and Scale the Summit. Polyphia's genre-hopping sound is continually evolving and they shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
