Singer and songwriter Eves Karydas takes a stance at the electronic dance music with an electro-pop blend that's for the unwritten books. This is her second stage name, as she was called Eves the Behaviour before switching to her current alias.
The synesthesia child found herself hearing sound in the form of colors before her eyes. Eves released "Summerskin" in 2018 as her debut album. Her album bears summer-like feeling with a slight touch of electro and layers on a pop guitar samples. It's a happy tone sound that someone reflects Eves's condition. Her music is uplifting with highly vocative lyrics that only build onto the overall good feel of the record. She doesn't shy away from the Australian standard in her first album; however, there might be a rapid shift in her sound as she gets to explore more of how sounds can color before her eyes.
