Field Guide is an alternative/folk/Americana band out of Olympia, Washington. With haunting vocal harmonies and distinctive songwriting, they have created an 8 album canon since forming in 2017. Their self-described as “small town gothic with a cosmic twist” aesthetic has earned them a devoted fan base, affectionately known as the “Field Fam.” Their debut album, Into the Unknown, established a foundation of melancholic yet optimistic melodies that has become the band’s signature sound. Since then, Field Guide has toured extensively across the US, garnering press from NPR Music, Rolling Stone, and Pitchfork. They have also made appearances at festivals like Newport Folk and the Pitchfork Music Festival. Field Guide is currently working on their next album and it is sure to extend their signature sound into new sonic territory.
