In Her Own Words, is an acoustic-pop rock band hailing from Orange County, California. Primarily centered around post-hardcore elements, the band is led by vocalist Mike Dodd and guitarist Jordan McGraw. With a solid lineup of four members, they released their first EP, Fools Paradise, in 2013 to huge critical success. Since then, they have released two studio albums, Unfamiliar and Blindfold - both of which achieved considerable commercial success. Along the way, they have regularly toured and performed at festivals like Warped Tour, Emo Nite LA, and many more. In Her Own Words have remained true to their post-hardcore roots throughout their career, but continue to experiment and explore new sounds.
