Jarrod Lawson is an American singer, songwriter, and producer from Portland, Oregon. He has received international acclaim for his soulful modern-day interpretation of classic Motown sounds. While still in college, Jarrod earned the attention of music industry figures, leading to a publishing deal with EMI. Since then, he has released two independent albums and performed at festivals around the globe, in addition to a viral TEDx talk. Jarrod has also worked and toured with a variety of acclaimed artists, including Stevie Wonder, The Jacksons, and Robert Glasper.
