Joey Anderson is a New Jersey-born house-music DJ and producer who has grown to become revered in the underground house-music scene since his emergence in 2006. After releasing his debut double-EP, After Forever, in 2009, he has released several EPs and singles, mainly on the Dutch classic house label, Delsin Records. His sound is often described as minimalistic, utilizing sparse kick drums, short vocal samples, and sparse atmospheres. His production style has also been notably praised by many of his peers, such as John Talabot, DVS1, and Ben Klock. Other labels he has released music on include Underground Quality, Inimeg, and Dekmantel. Despite releasing music only since 2006, Anderson continues to be lauded as an innovator in the House scene, creating an atmosphere that is as unique as it is modern.
