Julio Preciado is a popular Mexican singer and composer of regional Mexican music. He has recorded more than 20 albums, mostly corridos and rancheras, that have earned him two Latin Grammy nominations. He made his debut at the age of 15 with his oldest brother in popular Mexican music group Los Temerarios. He has won several awards including "Best Regional Mexican Male Singer Artist" by the American Music Awards of Mexico in 2005. His single "El Amante" was a great success for him in 2013. Preciado tours extensively throughout Mexico and in Europe, bringing his music directly to his fans. He is considered as one of the most influential Mexican singers of all time.
