Kurilpa Reach tickets

Kurilpa Reach is a Brisbane-based soul/R&B artist with influences from genres including funk, reggae and jazz. Born in Brisbane in 1993, Kurilpa has been performing music since she was a child, having sung in choirs and jazz bands since her early teens. In 2011, she released her first solo EP 'Thought Taboo' and has since been showcasing her unique sound at festivals and venues across the country. Her sound has been described as simultaneously sophisticated and accessible, with a strong focus on vocal delivery. Her debut album 'Aurora' was released in 2017, and she released an extended mix of the EP in 2018. Kurilpa's music explores relevant and current themes such as challenge and injustice in both a modern and timeless manner.
