Lit is a California-based rock band from Fullerton, formed in 1995. They are best known for their hit song "My Own Worst Enemy" off their highly successful 1999 album A Place in the Sun, which went double platinum and ranked #14 on Hot Modern Rock Tracks chart. The band has released six studio albums and are characterized as having alternative rock/pop/punk sound. They signed to RCA Records Nashville in 2020 and released their latest single "Golden Days". They have toured extensively, including worldwide dates with Green Day, Lit have performed in hundreds of shows over their career. They have also been featured in many popular films and TV shows such as 10 Things I hate About You.
