Ludo is an American alternative rock band based in St. Louis, Missouri. Founded in 2002, the band is composed of lead vocalist Andrew Volpe, bassist Matt Palermo, drummer Tim Ferrell, and lead guitarist Tim Ferrell. Their sound is characterized by soaring three-part vocal harmonies, intricate guitar arpeggios, vast dreamlike soundscapes, and raging garage-rock anthems. Ludo has released four full length studio albums since their formation: Broken Bride (2003), You're Awful, I Love You (2007), Prepare the Preparations (2008), and Prepare the Astronaut (2011). The band's most successful single is "Love Me Dead", which peaked at number three on the Hot Modern Rock Tracks chart in 2007. Ludo has also headlined two national tours and appeared on multiple late night television shows.
