Mike Love is an American musician, songwriter, and singer best known as a founding member of the Beach Boys. He co-wrote such classic hits as "Good Vibrations," "California Girls," and "Fun, Fun, Fun.” He has been touring with the Beach Boys since their formation in the 1960s and continues to write, record, and perform as part of the group. Love is also a successful solo artist, releasing his debut album Unleash the Love in 2017. He has often incorporated socially conscious themes into his solo work, particularly on his 2018 album Reason for the Season. Love is a practitioner of Transcendental Meditation and a passionate environmental activist, lending his voice to a number of charities and causes throughout his career.
