North Mississippi Allstars are an American rock and blues band formed in 1996. The band is composed of brothers Luther and Cody Dickinson, the sons of Memphis musician and studio engineer and producer Jim Dickinson. Their sound encompasses elements of blues, rock, funk, and psychedelia. The Allstars’ vast influences come from genres such as blues, rock, soul, funk, country, jazz and many more. They have released ten studio albums since their debut in 2000, and have toured extensively throughout the United States, Europe, and southeast Asia. They have also collaborated with many legendary musicians such as Ben Harper, Mavis Staples, Robert Randolph, and greater artists. they are notorious for their fiery live performances.
