Ollie Wride is an American singer and songwriter who has developed a strong and loyal fanbase for his melodic hybrid of '80s influenced synth-pop and classic-tinged power pop. Born in California, Ollie started honing his craft as a performer at barely 16, writing and playing his own original songs throughout Los Angeles venues with his live band. In 2014, he released his debut album “Death of the Outsider”, which established him as an edgy and exciting new force in the music world. His sound has frequently been compared to the likes of Tears for Fears and Duran Duran. Since then he has released two further albums, sparked excitement with his relentless touring schedule and gathered a devoted collection of fans. He is now working on his 4th album which is due to be released in the next 12 months.
