Rahsaan Patterson is an R&B/soul singer, songwriter, and actor from Los Angeles, California. He began his career in 1992 when he released his debut album, Love in Stereo. This album featured the singles "Where You Are" and "Looking For You," which both charted on the Billboard R&B chart. His greatest popularity came with the release of his second album, 1999's After Hours. The album featured hits like "Treat You Like a Queen," "Solitude," and "Where You Are," and peaked at number four on the Billboard R&B chart. Since then, he has released five more albums, most recently 2018's Heroes & Gods. He has been nominated for a NAACP Image Award and a Soul Train Music Award. He has also been praised for his live performances, incorporating elements of jazz and gospel into his music.
