About Ruston Kelly

Ruston Kelly is an American singer-songwriter from Nashville, Tennessee. Best known for his folk-style music, he combines elements of punk, classic country, and rock to create his unique sound. He got his start on the American Idol circuit at the age of twelve, and released his first EP in 2016. After signing to Rounder Records in 2018, he released his debut album, Dying Star, in August of that same year. The album was preceded by the single, "Mockingbird," which reached #1 on Rolling Stone's Country Song chart. He also has collaborated with a wide range of artists, from Lukas Nelson to the Dave Cobb. Ruston Kelly is an artist pushing the boundaries of music and successfully building a career as a folk artist.
