The Advent tickets

The Advent is a UK techno, tech-house, and techno-dub artist, the solo project of underground music producer Cisco Ferreira. He first started experimenting with electronic music in 1986 but officially debuted with the Submerged album in 1994; this initiated the birth of a new sound called "Intelligent Techno." Since then, The Advent has released 11 full-length studio albums, including a collaboration with industrial pioneer Keith Leblanc and Belgium techno artist JC. His releases have appeared on some of the biggest labels in the techno world, including Kombination Research, Primate Recordings, and Planet Rhythm. He has also remixed tracks for a variety of artists, including New Order, Massive Attack, and The Prodigy. The Advent continues to push the boundaries of techno and continues to be a major force in the UK and world techno scene.
