The Cybertronic Spree is a Canadian-based musical group created in 2012 by Cody LeFever in Toronto, Ontario. Combining elements of 80s synth pop, power metal, and rock, the band brings a unique and eccentric sound to the stage along with a vibrant retro aesthetic. The Cybertronic Spree is well known for their incredibly energetic live performances, complete with light-up costumes and choreographed dance numbers inspired by 80s cartoons, anime, and video gaming. Over the last decade, they have performed across Canada, the United States, the UK, Belgium, and Germany, gaining increased notoriety in the live event and festival scene. The Cybertronic Spree have released four studio albums—TRANSmissions in 2016 and Destiny in 2018, Afterburner in 2019, and their latest, Power Up, in 2021.
