The Marshall Tucker Band is an American southern rock band formed in Spartanburg, South Carolina in 1971. Known for their blend of blues, country, jazz, and gospel, along with classic rock ‘n’ roll, jam band, and even a bit of classical, the group gained worldwide fame with their 1973 hit single, "Can't You See." They followed up with a string of Top 10 hits and fan favorites, such as "Fire on the Mountain" and "Heard it in a Love Song," for the better part of a decade. Throughout their five decades as musicians, the band has released 22 albums and had a number of gold-certified records. They have earned a dedicated legion of fans and played countless live shows. Even in 2020, the Marshall Tucker Band continues to bring their timeless sound to many venues, always thrilling fans new and old.
