Vektor is an American thrash metal band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Formed in 2008, the group consists of vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter David DiSanto, lead guitarist Eric Hoffman, bass guitarist Frank Chin, and drummer Blake Anderson. They released their debut EP, 'Protoform' in 2009. Vektor rose quickly to prominence in the metal world with their breakthrogh 2010 debut full-length, 'Black Future', which helped to define a new realm of thrash metal. Their sophomore album, 'Outer Isolation', further cemented Vektor's place in the thrash metal cannon, featuring progressive flourishes and even more ferocious and imaginative riffing. The band has continued to tour throughout the US and Europe to critical and fan acclaim, mixing huge riffs with skillful musicianship.
