Warren G is an American rapper and West Coast hip hop artist who rose to fame in the 90s thanks to his hit single "Regulate" with Nate Dogg. He was an integral part of the G-Funk sound that defined much of rap music in the 90s, and is considered one of the most influential artists of the West Coast. In addition to his solo career, he has collaborated with greats like Snoop Dogg, 2Pac, and Dr. Dre on various songs and albums. Warren G quickly earned the name "The Prince of G-Funk" and he released six studio albums over his career. His most recent album dropped in 2017 and featured collaborations with Too Short and Anderson .Paak. He is also the co-founder of record label G-Funk Entertainment, and holds multiple gold and platinum certifications.
