As the first female performer to join the Farm Aid board in 2021, Price has been a vocal advocate for family farmers. Reflecting on her involvement, she stated, "It's full circle for me to be able to not only do the concert every year, but to be able to have these conversations and these meetings and talk about where the money is gonna go, who's going to benefit, what organizations are going to be helped out. It's been pretty surreal." (pastemagazine.com)
