Alan Davies is an English stand-up comedian, writer, actor and TV presenter. He is best known for playing the titular role in BBC One mystery crime drama Jonathan Creek, and for being the permanent panellist on BBC Two panel show QI. He was also host of Dave show Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled and starred in Channel 4 sitcom Damned.
