About Queens of the Stone Age
Queens of the Stone Age are a music group formed from the ashes of several bands. They are one of the only bands that have had a constant member line-up throughout their career. Established in California in 1996, the band started as a heavy-metal band with alternative influences and with an abundance of dedicated guitar riffs.
While their sound became unique for its stoner vibe and the soft and fitting voice of the lead vocalist John Homme, the band would easily collaborate with other bands like Foo Fighters frontman David Grohl. One of the band's most emblematic songs was "Go With The Flow," which became an instant MTV hit! The single's album was certified GOLD in 2003 and managed to enter the Billboard top 40.
