Maz Jobrani is an Iranian-American comedian, actor, and author. His stand-up comedy often features observational comedy about the immigrant experience in the United States. He has starred in numerous films, including The Interpreter, 13 Going on 30, and Friday After Next. He has also appeared on numerous television shows, including The Colbert Report, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and The Knights of Prosperity. Jobrani was part of The Axis of Evil Comedy Tour, which featured top Middle Eastern-American comedians. He has been a regular panelist on the NPR game show, Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me! and he has authored four books, including his most recent title I'm Not a Terrorist but I've Played One on TV. Jobrani continues to perform live standup comedy throughout the United States and abroad.
