His pure, folk-driven sound has quickly made him one of the most intriguing Canadian acts in recent memory. Taylor's songs explore universal themes of heartbreak, joy, resilience and hope, but with a unique folk-rock twist. He has opened for many renowned acts like Ray LaMontagne, Alan Doyle and City and Colour. His work has been featured on CBC Radio and Sirius XM. Taylor's sound has been described as a blend of Vampire Weekend and Bon Iver, and he has been likened to a "Canadian Bill Callahan" for his poetic lyricism. He continues to write and perform for audiences around the world.
