Jocko Willink is a former United States Navy SEAL who currently makes a living as a speaker, podcast host, and author. He served in Iraq and later became the commander of SEAL Team Three Task Unit Bruiser, the most highly decorated special operations unit in Iraq. He has co-authored the books Extreme Ownership and The Dichotomy of Leadership. Jocko also runs the Echelon Front leadership consulting company and hosts a popular podcast called The Jocko Podcast.
