My first choice for resale tickets now, whether as seller or buyer. Frankly this should type of approach should be the only way to sell-on/buy tickets going forward, scalpers and con artists are just too rife and this system gives some protection from both. Plus is a really seamless process, which always helps!

it is a trustworthy and reliable way to buy and sell tickets to events. Before this, I was concerned about scams and would only buy from venues directly or friends. This was difficult for sold out events and I would be worried about missing out as a result of not feeling safe to buy a ticket from a stranger. I have now used the platform to both buy and sell tickets and it worked very well. I think the fees are fair and really appreciate this service :)

Easy to do. Got the tickets and the seller got their money. Win win! Hot tip..... so many scammers refused to use Tixel. They say things like Tixel is broken.. my account is frozen 🙄 rubbish! So easy to use and had the best time at Wine Machine in Canberra

100% legit. Heard good things about Tixel but was a bit wary of the process with the rise of scammers. There was no need for worry as the process was simple and I recieved my ticket instantly (with a name change). Better yet, Tixel verifies all tickets with the providers so you are guaranteed a genuine ticket. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I'm so happy that Tixel exists! Purchasing and ticket transfer was a breeze, and it's so refreshing to find a marketplace that discourages legal scalping. (I paid close to face value for tickets that other sites had listed for 3-4 times face value with proportionally exorbitant fees.) Long overdue, I hope Tixel is here to stay!
