Vasily Petrenko is a Russian conductor and one of the most sought-after and highly-rated conductors of his generation. He has extensive experience in the world's leading professional orchestras, including directing the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra from 2006-2014 and the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra from 2015-2021.
