it is a trustworthy and reliable way to buy and sell tickets to events. Before this, I was concerned about scams and would only buy from venues directly or friends. This was difficult for sold out events and I would be worried about missing out as a result of not feeling safe to buy a ticket from a stranger. I have now used the platform to both buy and sell tickets and it worked very well. I think the fees are fair and really appreciate this service :)

Before this survey came through, I was genuinely thinking I needed to send a review to express how impressed I was with the Tixel process! From purchasing tickets (auto-purchased from being on a wait list), to reminders about the event, pre-event text with my tickets, and scanning to check in - the process was seamless and so simple!

So easy to use and a safe bet for being able to sell your tickets to any sold out show if you end up not being able to make the gig. Just as easy signing up for waitlists and the option for Tixel to purchase at a maximum price on your behalf felt seamless. Great job guys!
