Formed in Collingwood in 2011 of members Thomy Sloane (bass, vocals) Marty Baker (drums) & Paul Pirie (guitar, vocals) BATPISS produce a rigid and unyielding cataclysm of dirge rock; spanning doom, sludge, punk, drone and spiritual styles.
Having released a self titled cassette through Popular Favourites in April 2012, the band played heavily through Melbourne and Australia, toured New Zealand, and shared bills with OFF! The Bronx, King Parrot, Guitar Wolf, et al.
