Bruce Dickinson is a British metal vocalist, songwriter, and radio presenter, best known as the lead vocalist of the heavy metal band Iron Maiden. A soprano, Dickinson is known for his powerful wide-ranging voice, which has earned him his nickname 'The Air Raid Siren'. He is highly respected for his vocal abilities, and has been acclaimed as one of the greatest rock singers of all time.

In addition to his work with Iron Maiden, Dickinson is also a successful solo artist, having released seven solo albums, as well as a book of poetry. He also created a series of short stories which were collected in a book and released in 2010. He has co-written and co-produced an opera, 'The Firework Maker's Daughter', as well as writing the lyrics for an orchestral work called ‘The Chemical Wedding’.
