About Casey Donovan
Casey Donovan is an Australian R&B and pop singer, best known for being the winner of the 2004 season of the insanely popular talent show Australian Idol. Her debut album Touch Down was released immediately after her win, and reached number one in Australia. The album featured the hit single 'Listen With Your Heart', which when re-released, reached number one in the ARIA singles chart. She released Follow Your Heart in 2007, and an EP, 'For You' in 2009. Donovan has gone on to establish an accomplished career as a stage performer, starring in productions of Mary Poppins, Grease, Mamma Mia and We Will Rock You in Australia and the UK. She is also an advocate for LGBTIQ+ rights, appearing in campaigns and being an ambassador for national charity Wear It Purple.
