Chelsea Grin is an American deathcore metal band from Salt Lake City, Utah. Formed in 2007, the band consists of lead vocalist Alex Koehler, guitarists Stephen Rutishauser and Dan Jones, bassist David Flinn, and drummer Pablo Viveros. Throughout their career, Chelsea Grin has released five studio albums, one EP, and 8 singles that have gone on to be well received in the metal community. Their debut album, 2009's "Desolation of Eden" reached number 465 on the Billboard 200, and their most recent release 2015's "Self Inflicted" reached number 139. Chelsea Grin has played alongside some of the biggest bands in the metal genres, such as Suicide Silence, As I Lay Dying, and The Black Dahlia Murder, among others. They also have extensive touring under their belts, ranging from performances around the US, Europe, and Latin America.
