About Chris Wilson

Chris Wilson is an English rock and blues singer and guitarist from Bradford, West Yorkshire. He first gained prominence in the late 1970s as the lead singer and co-founder of the band Streetwalkers. During his time in Streetwalkers, his powerful vocals and skillful guitar playing brought the band a large and loyal fan base.
Following a stint in the band, Wilson continued to create music as a solo artist. He released five solo albums which showcased his distinctive blues sound, and were considered to be highly influential in the pop and blues-rock field. In addition to his solo career, Chris Wilson has also collaborated with Steve Marriott of Small Faces fame, and was a member of the band formed by Elton John's former sidemen Caleb Quaye and Roger Pope.
In addition, Chris Wilson has toured various parts of the world and has had the privilege of performing alongside some of music's most influential stars, such as Eric Clapton, Rod Stewart
